Our office provides consultancy / consultancy services and attorney in disputes to domestic and foreign public companies and financial institutions such as brokerage houses, portfolio management companies, payment and electronic money institutions, investment trusts, especially in capital markets and banking regulations, in all areas related to CMB Law within the framework of mainly the Capital Markets Law No. 6232 and the relevant communiqués of the Capital Markets Board (Registered Capital System Communiqué (II-18.1), Share Communiqué (VII-128.1), Prospectus and Issue Document Communiqué (II-5.1) and Special Cases Communiqué (II-15.1) )) and of all communiqués published by the Capital Markets Board, the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054 and the BIST Wholesale Transactions Procedure and the BIST Quotation Fee Tariff.
