Volkan Ayaz graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2003. Since 2004, he has been working as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar.

Volkan Ayaz, who also works as a mediator under the Ministry of Justice, Mediation Department, has been working at the Agök Law Office since 2007.

He specialized in commercial law, corporate law, competition law and capital market law, law of obligations, intellectual property rights (copyright) law and industrial property rights (trademark) law, enforcement and bankruptcy law (debtor and creditor attorney), medicine, medical device and health law , consumer law, mining and energy law, and took part in legal consultancy and litigation processes in many related areas.

He provides consultancy services to both public companies and other companies in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, law of obligations, enforcement and bankruptcy law and follows the litigation processes, negotiation and preparation of contracts, competition law and capital markets law, general assembly proceedings and related lawsuits, and provides legal services and consultancy on share acquisitions, acquisitions and mergers, trademark application, protection of trademarks and related lawsuits, consumer relations and disputes with companies, contracts related to mining licenses, administrative transactions and lawsuits and represents companies at every stage of lawsuits in these areas and regularly provides legal consultancy to companies operating in the pharmaceutical, medical device and health sectors.

He provides consultancy and services in the fields of mediation With the aim of managing and negotiating the litigation requirements and discretionary processes related to mediation, which is one of the alternative dispute resolution processes, and the settlement of disputes through peace and actually works as a mediator.
