Ahmet Kürşat Sağbaş graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1997. Since 1998, he has been working as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar.

He specialized in commercial law, real estate law, law of obligations, family law, tenancy law, enforcement and bankruptcy law (debtor and creditor attorney), consumer law, and took part in legal consultancy and litigation processes in many related areas.

He provides consultancy services to both public companies and other companies in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, real estate law, law of obligations, tenancy law, enforcement and bankruptcy law and follows the proceedings, negotiation and preparation of contracts, inheritance law, family law, enforcement law and real estate leasing and related lawsuits, and provides legal services and consultancy for consumer relations and disputes with companies, administrative transactions and lawsuits, and represents companies at every stage of the lawsuits in these areas and provides legal consultancy to companies and real persons within this scope.
