Abdurrahman Gök

He was born in 1966, in Islahiye District of Gaziantep. He is the 5th child of a civil servant family.

He graduated from Kahraman Maraş High School in 1982 with a VERY GOOD degree.

He entered Istanbul University Faculty of Law the same year and graduated in 1986.

He completed his internship with Rahim Er and received his license as a lawyer registered in Istanbul Bar Association in 1987.

He is still a freelance lawyer and the founder and owner of the A.Gök law office.

In his professional life, he was a guest lawyer on a live broadcast law program on a national radio for nearly 6 years.

He also wrote articles on law for more than 5 years in a weekly “Lawyer's Eye” column in a national newspaper.

He participated in a live broadcast law program on a national television for nearly a year as a guest lawyer. He trained more than a hundred interns.

He supported many legislative studies in the intellectual sense and prepared drafts and commented on the prepared drafts.

He gave dozens of law seminars. He fondly chose the legal profession he aimed at the age of 7, and does it fondly.

He always advocated "Teamwork", "Specialization", "Knowledge", "Being a Good Person", "Respecting Laws", "Development of Responsibility Consciousness", "Confidentiality", "A Life Full of Hope".

He loved his people, country and state very much, and he strived to settle the principle of superior justice of law for their happiness.

In the profession, he specialized in Real Estate Law, Financial Criminal Law and Tax Law.

In his team, he formed clusters in the fields of Commercial Cases, Real Estate Cases, Financial Criminal Cases, Media Cases, Cases of Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, Trademark and Patent Lawsuits, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Cases, Tax Lawsuits and Labor Law cases.

He has gained extensive experience in the field of national and international contracts.

He wants to make a second generation of law and enabling for this.

He proposes and advocates the JUDICIAL reform in our country so that the law can function at the desired speed, and acting realistically and forming practical solutions and in this context;

• Separating the courts as Civil Courts and Criminal Courts and removing other distinctions,

• The Prosecutor's Office should be limited to the investigation, but strengthened with elements such as Criminal Police, Judicial PTT, Detective,

• Courts should be single judge and the number of files of each court should not exceed 300 annually,

• Increasing the number of Chambers of the Supreme Court up to 100 and separating the division of duties,

• Limiting the number of members in the Chambers of the Supreme Court to 3, removing the first-degree appeals courts,

• Empowering the members of the judiciary economically and giving a share not exceeding ten percent of the fees collected to the Clerks of Judges and Prosecutors,

• Establishing the Judiciary Board, having Judges, Prosecutors, Lawyers, Experts, Notary representatives in the Judiciary Board and to accede by election of them
