Cengiz Kömürcü graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2011. He has been working as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2015.

He has specialized in commercial law, corporate law, contract law (including international), competition law and capital markets law, law of obligations, intellectual property rights (copyrights) law (civil and criminal) and industrial property rights law (trademark and patent - law and criminal), energy law, tax law, foreigners law (citizenship, work permit, residence permit, etc.), national and international arbitration law, and took part in legal consultancy and litigation processes in many related fields.

He provide legal advice to both public companies and other companies in the above areas of law and follows the litigation processes and provides legal advice.

He has received the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Accredited International Arbitration training in national and international arbitration law, one of the alternative dispute resolution processes, and serves as a counsel in the management and negotiation of arbitration processes and as an arbitrator in Adhoc arbitration.
